Yoga for beginners:

Ideal for beginners. All welcome, regardless of age, flexibility or experience. If you are new to yoga, you are in safe hands. A beginners course is a great way to start your practice. It will give you a safe foundation which you can confidently build on. You will learn basic yoga postures, healthy alignment, breath awareness, relaxation and a bit of yoga philosophy. Evidence shows that yoga can help increase strength and flexibility, reduce stress, reduce blood pressure, and improve quality of life, amongst many other benefits.
